So yeah like I drive around in an infiniti, it's not mine, it belongs to my Dad but I'm allowed to drive it. Just wanted you to know I don't own it!
So bored... and just because I am skinny doesn't mean that I don't eat, I do eat. And today for lunch I had a chicken burger, a medium poutine, and 2 cans of barqs root beer. i know that probably doesn't sound so healthy but i eat veggies at home and snack on fruits. plus i love meat, especially steak!
ok back to chemistry class now. at least i can access this site from the school... can't get facebook or myspace here :( 10 de fevereiro Christmas | New Years Eve | New Years | House-sittingChristmas Christmas was great. Maddie got lots of great gifts. She got a V.Smile TV Learning System which she loves. She got a couple dvds and a few sticker books and lots of nice clothes. My Mom bought me a really nice candle holder and my Grandma bought me a really nice ring and Christmas candle. I got a Crystal Healing Set from Jessie and a dvd from April and a HIM T-Shirt from Emil. We got more but way too much to list. New Years Eve I walked over to my Grandma's for New Years Eve. We watched the countdown on MTV and then at midnight switched over to watch Most Haunted but after half an hour, I left because it was getting late. I was staying at my parent's house so when I walked over, it started to rain so on the way back to the house, there was a layer of ice out but I got home safe without falling and called my Grandma to let her know I got home safe. New Years I got a hold of Ginny and Richard as my Grandma and I invited them over for New Years Dinner. We met at my parent's place. Talked for a bit in the living room and then went into the hot tub. We jumped out a few times to make some snow angels and it burned getting back into the hot tub from rolling in snow. I had fallen when I jumped out and scratched my knee on the snow and it burned so bad getting back into the hot tub but it was so fun and would do that again any time lol. We got ready to go over to my Grandma's. It was nice to see her again and Dinner was great and everyone was happy as she is a great cook. Went back to parent's house and after Ginny and Richard left, I met Jessie at my apartment as I was dropping off more gifts and feeding the rodents. Jessie and I went back to the house and she was spending the night. I went around 11 to fill up the SUV as I wanted to go with someone and Jessie was with me and we wanted some snacks to munch on. It was the 1st time I filled up the SUV on my own so it was fun and I was proud of myself. House-sitting Boxing Day my parent's left for Mexico so I was house-sitting and taking care of Miku and Tails. I brought Skunky with me and Skunky got along great with Tails as they are sisters but was a bully to Miku and took over Miku's bed. I also got the chance to learn more driving with the Infiniti SUV. I drove back from the airport and I was happy with my parking as I sometimes park too over to one side but I was in the middle so I was happy. I drove back and forth a few times from the house to my apartment dropping off gifts and feeding my rat and hamster and cleaning up my apartment before I would return home for good when my parent's got back. I drove my Grandma to the store a couple times and drove over to South Keys to shop for myself. I also went on the 417 to drive all the way to April's boyfriend's house and I've never been on the 417 on my own before in the Infiniti. It was a blast. I went in the hot tub 5 times and also caught up on watching some movies that came out. Maddie had a great time playing with all her barbies and going in the hot tub as well. When the time came, I drove to the airport and met my parent's there. They had a great time and I found out my Dad and little Brother went Sky-Diving and I got to watch their videos of it. 24 de janeiro Random UpdateI thought I would just write a little update. I have so much that I will add in here about how Christmas was and what we did for New Years and how my house sitting went over at my parent's place. I'll try to add some pictures as well.
So far things are going great. Maddie however had a little stomach flu but I believe she is all better now.
But yeah, I'll update my msn space soon. 05 de novembro My b-day party at Emil's place (October 24th)I thought I wrote about my b-day at a friend's place but I guess I had not. Good friends of mine, Emil and Jessie, were going to throw me a party at Emil's place. I had to be there around 6pm. They were going to order some Chinese food for supper and that's all I knew. April and her boyfriend Richard were also going to be there. My day that day went a little something like this... That day I had to go and pick up a new CPU Cooler for my computer. I was told that the order would be in that day but Emil told me I should call and make sure that it is in. I called in the morning but no one answered. I thought that since he said the order was to be in, I'd go later in the day so that I knew it should be in and then I can go hang out at the Rideau Centre until it was my time to get on the bus and go to Emil's place. I arrived at PC Perfect to pick up my CPU Cooler only the order wasn't in and it was suppose to be in around 2pm and I got there at 3:30. I got on a bus to go to the Rideau Centre. When I got to Billings, Maddie said she had to go potty and I said I'll take her at Rideau when weirdly I didn't think of going into Billings. I also got a txt msg on my cell phone saying to call Emil but I couldn't because Maddie was playing a game with the doors and I had to keep my eye on her. If I had called Emil, he would have told me to come to his place and it's funny because the 118 to get there passed us on the other side and I could have made that bus if I had called him and have him tell me come to his place now. I got to Rideau Centre and we were passing Mrs. Tiggy Winkles and Maddie said we have to go in there. When I got in, I saw a friend waving hi! I was so happy! It was my friend Kelinda! I haven't seen her in a long time. I had heard from Jessie the night before saying that April says Kelinda says hi but I never got the message saying that Kelinda started working at Mrs. Tiggy Winkles. It was now just a little after 4:30pm and Kelinda said she gets off work at 5pm and I was telling her that I have to be at a party for 6pm and I came to Rideau to waste time and take Maddie to the potty. I got a call while in the toy store and was told that I was allowed to show up to the party and I told them about running into Kelinda so we invited her. At 5 we left to catch the bus to Emil's. I had a great time catching up talking to Kelinda. After the bus, we walked up to Emil's place and April didn't know about me running into Kelinda and she was so happy to see her when we walked in through the door. Kelinda, Jessie, April, and I go way back to high school. Well April I've known since I moved to Ottawa back in 1992. Anyhow, my party started and we all sat around chatting and the Chinese food arrived and we ate and then we sat down for a bit and I opened my gifts. I got a red shirt that says England on it from Jessie. I also got the movie Corpse Bride. From Emil I got Sai's and another thing called Kubaton which is NOT a small dagger. It's a piece of wood that is used in self-defence if I ever come across being attacked. After presents I had a cake and it was good. Kelinda had to leave. She had bought her mom some candles that the fire glows green and she had given them to me. Emil walked Kelinda out to the bus to make sure she was ok. Since I had not been on my computer for a few days, Emil let me use his and the others watched a movie. April and Richard than left. Then after that we watched Corpse Bride. I liked it. It was late so everyone went to sleep. In the morning we had a nice breakfast and talked about lots of things. I was so happy and I liked the way I somehow ended up going to Rideau and ran into Kelinda. If I had called Emil and got on that 118 and never went to Rideau, I would have never ran into Kelinda. 04 de novembro November 3rd, Happy Birthday to Me!November 3rd was my birthday and this is how it went... I started the day by waking up at 7:30am. I was going to be spending the day with April. She was taking me out for lunch and a movie. I had a hair appointment at 12:30 though. Then after all that I was going to go to my parent's place and have a supper, cake, and open cards and gifts. So after waking up, my Mom picked me up at 9am. We went back to her place for a bit and waiting until it was time to pick up my Grandma for her 10am Dr. appointment and I also had to be at South Keys for 10 to meet April. April called just before 10 to let me know she was in the entertainment section in Wal-mart looking at DVDs and I said I'll be there in a couple minutes, we're just teaching my Grandma how to use the cell phone. When I got to Wal-mart, my Mom pulled into a parking lane to drop me off and I saw a Young Driver's of Canada car going into park. I thought someone was learning how to park and then I realized it was my driving instructor with no one else. I hopped out of the SUV and went over to Larry. I told him it was my birthday and that I was meeting April here and he knows April because April is taking Young Driver's of Canada and Larry is her instructor right now. We went inside and found April and talked for about 5-10 minutes. After that, April and I went over to Montana's for lunch and found out it didn't open up until 11am. We were so hungry that we went over to Chapters/Starbucks to get a frappacino and after sitting for a bit I went to look around at some books. I found a book I wanted so I got it. April and I had a fun time in Chapters looking at books. Close to 11, we headed back over to Montana's. We got seated and had a nice lunch. When dessert came out, I had to wear the birthday hat. April had to wear it on her birthday. I got pics of her day and my day there with the hats on my cell phone. I got a phone call that my Mom, Grandma, and Maddie were over at Wal-mart having MacDonald's. After Montana's we went back over to Wal-mart and saw my family paying for stuff and on the way out. My Mom drove April and I over to my 12:30 hair appointment. My hair appointment took forever! 1st off, they were 20 minutes behind so April and I sat there looking at hair books. Then when I was seated, April took off to Rogers to see about something with her cell phone. They started with me by having my blonde hair turned to my roots for my original colour. After sitting awhile, they rinsed it and then dried it and then put in the high lights. After sitting another while they rinsed that and then put in some other dye in all my hair and rinsed that. By this time it was now passed 3:30!!! I had planned to be out of there by 2. April was taking me to see Saw 3 and the movie started at 4:10 and we wanted to be at the theater for 3:30 and I hadn't even had my hair cut started yet!!! Around 4 they started with my hair cutting and I knew we weren't seeing the 4:10 movie so we told my mom we're going at a later time. My Mom was there because she dropped Maddie off with my Grandma and my Mom had to leave soon to drive out to Kanata to pick up my Dad because he took the bus to work in the morning. So just after 4:30 my hair was done, cut and dried! I wasn't too happy with the cut because the cut was not what I wanted. I wanted the hair I had but trimed only with a cm taken off. I've NEVER had long hair before go passed by shoulders and the hair I had took me a full year to grow. Now I have bangs just below my eyes and looking at what took a year to grow, it's going to take just around 2 years to have it to what it was before the cut. Err!! So now that it was reaching 5pm!!! We missed the 4:10 movie and wasn't going to make it to the next movie because we still had a bit of other stuff to get done and the next movie was playing at 7pm. We walked through Wal-mart and April bought something for someone for a gift and then went to another store at South Keys to get another gift for another person so her gift shopping was done. We had also stopped in Chapters again and this time April bought 2 books for herself. Then we went to Bulk Barn and stocked up on candy! We walked back to the theater and sat around for half an hour before they opened the doors for the movie and then we sat inside for another half an hour waiting for the movie to start. April and I had a fun time talking and eating popcorn though. The movie was really good. It's the best Saw movie yet but you have to see Saw 1 to understand Saw 3. I haven't seen Saw 2 though. After the movie, I told April she might as well come to supper. That way as well she can get a drive home. So I called my mom and let her know April was coming to supper but because it was like 9, everyone else had already eaten which was okay with me as we were running a little late thanks to my hair appointment! Err! On the way walking to my parent's house, April and I started to talk about Ryan and the next thing you know, a guy in front of us walking towards us is like "Hi Paige, hi April" and it was so funny because everytime we are out and talk about Ryan, we end up seeing him. So I got to see Ryan on my birthday which was cool. He said he saw Maddie earlier in Tim Horton's with who he thought was me but it was my Mom. We said our goodbyes and April and I continued to the house. We weren't that hungry since we snacked up on popcorn and candy! We still ate some though. It was Thai food which I was trying for the 1st time and it was good. We didn't have the cake though, we're having that on Monday! I opened my presents. I got what I asked for and needed and wanted. I got a computer chair from my Grandma and a Burton snowboard from my parents! I'm bringing it all back here on Monday. I didn't want to bring it back right away because I was then to meet Jessie at Starbucks for 10:30pm. On the way home my Dad dropped off my Grandma at her apartment and April off at her house and then dropped Maddie and I off at Starbucks. I saw Jessie's bus go by but no Jessie. I found out she missed the bus which is ok. We waited in Starbucks. Everyone in Starbucks found out it was my birthday and said Happy Birthday and didn't charge me for the drinks. I kinda go there a lot to hang out with friends. They all love Maddie in there too. At 11pm we went out to meet Jessie as she got off the bus. We got back to my place and Jessie gave me a card. She took off to the washroom and came out with a little cake lighted with a candle and wished me happy birthday, oh what a surprise! She knew Maddie would want one too so Maddie got a tiny little cake as well. I told Jessie about my day. I then went on the computer. I logged on a forum that I am a member of and looked at the birthday wishes I've gotten. I replied back with thank you. I got messages on msn as well. Oh and a message from Emil on my answering machine. Jessie left around midnight. My b-day was now over. 30 de outubro I thought this was funny so I thought I would share this event with you.I was going to my parent's last night to spend the night over there. I hadn't been out all day and I got a call later on that my Dad was on his way to pick me up from my apartment. I wasn't bringing anything with me this time, just my sai's to show off which are in a small case. I also had on my hat. So anyways, I get my daughter and I ready to go outside and meet my Dad to show up in his SUV. When I got downstairs, he was already there parked outside. There was a lady with a baby stroller coming in and I helped her inside. She said that she hasn't actually gone out, she was coming back in because it was too windy to go anywhere and I was helping her get inside because it was very hard to get the doors opened with the wind. After she was in, Madison and I walked outside and as soon as we hit the sidewalk to the SUV, Maddie started to fall back and I had to grab Maddie's arm to keep her from flying away. It took me about a whole minute just to get to the SUV which was only about 2 feet away. The sai case was being blown back as I held it and I had to take off my hat just to make sure I didn't lose it. It was also hard to open the SUV door as it was being blown shut. Later that night on the news I heard the winds were up to 90km/h! 10 de outubro thanksgiving, cell phone working, video of maddie, watching moviesThanksgiving was good. I had dinner over at my parent's place. It was also my mom's birthday on the 7th. I bought her some earrings and she loves them. They are really fancy so she's going to wear them to a christmas dinner party that is coming up soon.
Tonight I also found out that my phone is back to normal with sending out pictures and videos. I had tested it about 2 weeks ago and got the "Error:C1/C2" still so I thought it was going to be like this forever since it started doing this since March! But right now I'm sending off the pictures to my e-mail so my phone will now have room for more pictures and videos.
I'm also working on a little video of Maddie. I took her to the park and got some nice videos and pictures on my digital camera. My video will be just little clips of Maddie all put together to equal one big video. But since I only have a 16MB card in my digital camera, I'll have to take trips back and forth from the computer to the outside video taking. If I wanted a normal video, I would have taken my Dad's Mini-DVD Camcorder. But it'll be cool when it's done I'm sure.
I'm also catching up on some movie watching. I usually do this when I spend the night over at my parent's house. I watched; The Weather Man, The Ice Harvest, Code 46, Rent, and just clips of other movies that happened to be on. The Ice Harvest I liked. It was funny. Last time I was here I watched Derailed. I actually had bought it on DVD and had Jessie and April watch it and they liked it too.
I should get to sleep for the rest of the night. I'm going to wake up and do some laundary while watching another movie. I'm going to my Grandma's for supper and then when I go home I might see Jessie.
Oh, I thought I would let everyone know that the nerve injury that was in my tongue is 99% gone. I can eat anything I want now. I can move my tongue around in my month without having pain in the back where the sockets are. I'm just doing great! 19 de setembro Shooting at ElmvaleLast night around 1am there was a shooting at Elmvale Mall in the parking lot. A car was shot at and a girl was dead on the scene and a man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. After hearing more on the radio, I saw the girl removed from the car at 6am this morning and put into a body bag.
 Gun Shots!I heard gun shots just before 1am in the morning. I thought they were fire crackers until I heard loads of cop cars showing up and more on the way. Over 10 cop cars showed up along with 2 ambulances. The car that was shot at is covered up by a white sheet. I can see it all from my window. It's scary. I've never heard a gun shot before in real life but now I have. This is so freaky, I have to go now...
Just want to let everyone know that I'm okay.
Update, at 5:55am a white van came and took the dead girl's body out of the car. guy was in car as well and was taken to hospital before hand around 1am
16 de setembro a great day with april - shopping, books, parliament hill, starbucksToday was a great day. I sold 3 ads of Maddie's clothes on the usedottawa site this morning. It was nice because I was getting together with April and that allowed me to have some spending money for shopping.
We met at the Rideau Centre. April needed to find a dress for a wedding she is going to. She was almost giving up when I saw a store that I liked because my fancy shoes and boots are from that store so we went in there and boom there was the dress just for her and she tried it on and bought it. She said if it wasn't for me saying we should go in there, she would have probably never have found such a nice dress. So now we had been there for less than an hour and she had what she had gone there for.
We ate some lunch and then took a walk to Chapters as I wanted to see about some books. I found 2 of the books I was looking for but only bought one. There is 2 other books I want to get but I'll get them later.
So now it's like 1:30 and we couldn't believe the time as we thought it was around 3 or 4. We decided that since we were downtown, we would walk around the Parliament Hill and on our way there April bought a disposible camera for picture taking. We had a great time and saw so much and it was so nice because it was a clear blue sky out. I've never been there before. I've driven by it but it was nice to actually go there and to go with April was great as we had a great time together.
After Parliament Hill we went to Starbucks. I had taken her sister Jessie to Starbucks for a treat last night so I thought I would treat April today. After that it was 4 and we were done our day so we went our separate ways. Maddie fell asleep on the bus. I called my Grandma while I waited for another bus to take me back home. I had such a great day and can't wait until I get together with friends again soon. 14 de setembro Another update...I've been hanging out with my friends a lot. I got together the other day with April to meet Katie at Bayshore and it was fun. April and I later that day also went to the Rideau Centre and South Keys. April and I had a good time chatting while waiting for the train. I took the bus home and got home just in time as I could hear thunder in the distance. I was so tired from my day that I passed out and took a nap until 9:30pm and Maddie woke up too so we went out to the bus stop and met up with Jessie. We ordered a pizza and came back to my apartment and we watched some TV and talked.
April also called me the other night to see what I was doing and I wasn't doing too much so we met at Starbucks and then came back to my place. I would like to thank April a lot for the B-day gift that she bought for me. It meant so much to me and just even the thought of her looking into something like that was just awesome. Thank you April.
Yesterday I got together with April in the morning and we hung out at Elmvale and had some Pizza Pizza and Starbucks. April came back to my apartment and we watched some TV and talked about a lot of stuff. I walked her to the bus stop around 4:30 and came back waiting to hear from Jessie. Jessie called around 5 I think and what she didn't know what that I was cooking my Spaghetti meat sauce for supper. I asked her to pick up some cheese and drinks. The Spaghetti was great! Jessie and I watched some stuff and were laughing most of the night. Later in the night when it got dark I put on "Scariest Moments of Most Haunted" since we had started part 1 long ago we remember to finish off part 2 last night and it was good.
Maddie is also doing good. She has been playing with her toys a lot. It's been raining for a couple days now. She's been watching dvd's today while playing with toys. Sometimes we take walks to Starbucks because she got a card for her B-day but I think she only has $2 left now. Everyone there knows her now lol. 02 de setembro Just another update... Today Maddie got a needle at the Doctor's office. She cried a little tiny bit but Dora stickers made her very happy. She says her arm hurts a little but besides that she is doing good.
The left side of my tongue is also getting feeling back. I'm able to curl my tongue up and move it so I don't accidently chew it up. It still feels weird though but as long as feeling is coming back I know that this is not a permanent thing.
Tonight was also a weird night as many of my friends who happened to be on msn already know... Jessie was over at my place and logged onto MSN when she got home to let me know that she got home okay. She said brb and about 5 minutes later which was 12:30 at night, there was a knock at my door. I thought that can't be Jessie back at my place... who else would be at my door at 12:30? I looked through the peek hole and it was this lady. I've seen her around the apartment building before. I've never talked to her before though. I couldn't understand why she was at my door at 12:30 at night! I could have been sleeping! I turned off all the lights and computer speakers so she would think no one was home. It was weird though. Later that night I heard a girl outside yelling "help me" and when I looked, she was running to this building. Very weird. I don't like living here anymore. I've never liked living here though. I don't feel safe here. I'm buying myself a set of sai's I believe it's spelt that way. I know how to use them in a defence way more than an attacking way.
Jessie and I have also been watching Most Haunted when we can. I don't care what people say, I believe Derek is 100% now. I have nothing more to say about that.
I've also been thinking that maybe for a career choice, I might look into becoming a parapsychologist. It sounds like something interesting to do. I even have a partner to join me if I investigate events on my own. I also did my own investigation today and it was neat. Parapsychology sounds really neat to learn more about and solve paranormal events. I would like to have stayed a snowboarding instructor but it just doesn't snow all year round here. That and my right knee is getting really bad so I don't want to chance hurting it even more however I will always snowboard to the extreme. 23 de agosto Crazy b-days last week So last week was a bit of a crazy week. While I was sick with a sore throat and weak from not eating as much as I'm use to eating, I had a bunch of Birthday's to go too. Emil started off with hosting a party for Maddie on Tuesday being worried he wouldn't make it to the Saturday one I was hosting. We rollerbladed from just passed PineCrest Cemetery all the way to the Rideau Centre and they were surprised I made it there. Jessie and I took the bus back while Emil took the bike and hooked that bike stroller up and took Maddie back to his place. We had chinese food for supper and a yummy b-day cake.
Then came time to Maddie's b-day party on the 19th which also included the B-day's of April, Jessie, and my Grandma. Maddie's b-day is the 17th, my Grandma's is the 19th, and April and Jessie is the 25th. Everyone who showed up to the party all knew each other. It was like Christmas when it came time to opening presents. Early in the day, Katie and Jessie showed up a little late but Jessie who was with Katie, called to say they were somewhere on the street that my parent's live on so I jumped in the SUV and looked around for them. They didn't know the street turns right so I had to find them which was fun. We sat inside for a bit since it was so hot out but later went into the backyard. We then went back into the house after those stupid blood sucking bugs came around more. My parent's came back from shopping and cooked really yummy hamburgers. We were so filled we opened presents before eating cake so we had the cake after and it was good. Kinda a bit sweet but good.
The next day, I got a phone call in the morning from Emil saying he's throwing April and Jessie a surprise party. April is having a party this Friday at Montana's but Emil is worried he'll be called into work again. I was so tired and some reason sick to my stomach but later in the day I caught the bus out there. It was my 1st time going out there on my own. I know I have to get off the 118 sometime after the PineCrest Cemetery. I made it there ok and Emil was even waiting at the bus stop for me. Jessie was already there but he told her he was going out to get some snacks and drinks. When we got to the apartment, Jessie was very surprised to see us. Later April showed up and she was surprised too. We ordered Pizza and had some cake and opened gifts and took pictures. Before April showed up though, (Emil is or was a Black Belt Karate Instructor), we were learning stuff with some weapons. I was learning how to use, I don't know how to spell them but they are what Electra uses. I was really good with them and was fast at learning. I can do blocks and hits.
So that's it so far on the b-day's and now I just have to get out to South Keys for April's b-day supper on Friday. Jessie will be leaving early that morning to take her test in Toronto for her courses. I wish her all the best and to have fun on her b-day. 12 de agosto Becoming sick...So this morning I woke up in a cold apartment. It was cold out last night that I wore a little jacket to keep me warm while meeting Jessie at Starbucks. I turned off the a/c in the living room last night and it is just freezing in here today. I also think I'm becoming sick. My throat has been felling a little off but now it's just sore. My tongue is also still numb on the left side and if it's not changing at all until Tuesday, I'm calling the surgeon to see if for one if this is normal and 2 if there is anything I could be doing to help recovery speed up. But right now I don't care too much about the tongue. Sure I still can't eat a few things because I may chew my tongue off but my throat is really getting to me now. I'm ALWAYS suffering from strepthroat about 3-5 times a year. I really hate it and I'm so sick of it. One time I had it so bad that I got $40 prescription of pills that didn't even help me. I hate being sick. I hope Maddie doesn't become sick too. 09 de agosto Most Haunted Okay so I found a new show I like however I don't have cable here and haven't had cable since July 2003. In the UK they had a show come out called Most Haunted. When I 1st saw the show, I saw about the Ancient Ram Inn. I was amazed about what I saw and looked up the place on the internet and found out just more info on the place.
I don't know why but I'm really interested in the unknown world of ghost, spirits, and just things like that. I've read about 3 books during my life about ghosts and hauntings. Before going to Port Elgin, I picked up a book called "True Canadian Ghost Stories" by John Robert Colombo. I still have a bit more to read but so far the book is good. It's about stories that people have written in about.
Anyhow, after seeing the Ram Inn on Most Haunted, I liked the show and was happy to see it was playing in Port Elgin every night around midnight. My 1st thoughts of the show was that it was nice to see people brave enough to do this show and report ghostly haunts and spiritual activities. I came back to Ottawa and looked up a bit of info on the show and there is about 8 episodes but they don't come straight to Canada while airing in the U.K. so I have to wait a bit to see them and since I didn't even know about the show starting in 2002, I've missed A LOT of episodes.
However, along doing more reseach, I found that while watching Most Haunted, Derek Acorah was making the show really interesting. One that I saw in Port Elgin, he became possessed and attacked one of the girls by falling and grabbing on to her. The crew was able to pull him off. While home in Ottawa I found some vidoes on youtube.com of Derek being possessed. One is actually a funny video with some of his possessions put together and I couldn't stop laughing forever it was so funny.
But yeah, I researched up Derek Acorah and he's a Medium which is a person known to be able to comunicate with spirits. Derek has left Most Haunted and has his own show called Ghost Towns which I have not seen but it's about he goes to places and even in this show he sometimes becomes possessed.
Anyhow, here is a clip of Derek talking and becoming possessed by a female named Mary who loves Richard aka Dick. This is serously funny so don't worry about becoming freaked out or scared to death. I've never laughed so hard in my life. Even look at Yvette trying not to laugh.
08 de agosto Port Elgin... Ghosts... Shopping... and B-days coming up... I got back on Sunday from Port Elgin. I had a good time there. I went to the movie theater with my brother Chris and Maddie and saw Monster House. It was a good movie. I also took Maddie to the beach and we went swimming in the water. At night I would watch a show called "Most Haunted" and it was entertaining. I can't tell if it's fake or not but yeah it's very entertaining to watch. Derek Acorah who is a medium is really funny to watch when he sometimes becomes "possessed" by a spirit.
After watching "Ghostly Encounters" and "Most Haunted" I asked my brother if he'd ever seen a ghost before and he told me that he saw our Grandpa at the farm later after he died. He never told anyone before because he thought people would not believe him. I've never seen a ghost before but I believe my brother. My Grandma also said at the farm she saw someone with their back turned to the window wearing a white shirt. As my Grandma looked at the window, the person moved towards the road out of view. There were 2 people with her at the time and one was on the phone and the other was in the shower so she went out thinking someone came to the house and she didn't hear them knock but when she got outside, no one was there. She even look for anything white like a clothe or bag because mainly what she saw was a white shirt.
When my brother saw my Grandpa, my brother was upstairs in a far room while I was downstairs with my Grandma. My brother said that he saw our Grandpa walking in the hall towards the front of the house where there is a door that leads to a little belconie. My brother didn't move or anything. He sat still in fear thinking Grandpa was going to come back and look into the room at him. I asked my brother later questions like how did he look? did he glow? appear see through? and my brother told me he appeared solid like if he was actually there alive. My brother had also said that he didn't really see the face of the person but all the clothes and height of the person described our Grandpa. There was no one living in the house before us since my Grandpa and his friend built the house themselves.
Anyways, Port Elgin was fun and it's also good to be back in Ottawa. I missed my friends a lot. I went to the Hershey Factory with April yesterday and it was interesting to see. I got some chocolate and we shopped around in Smith Falls for people's b-day gifts. I still have to plan what's going to happen for Maddie's B-day. We have to come up with 2 plans, one for if it rains because I'm planning something outdoors. 26 de julho Getting better and better as days go bySo this Friday will mean it's been 2 weeks since surgery. I'm doing very well now. My tongue is still numb most likely due to nerve injury. I feel it's slowly, very slowly, coming back. A couple days ago I talked to 3 people on phone and they all said I seem to be talking normal now. I still get a little lazy when I have to talk a lot. Saying words with B's or P's or such puts a bit of pressure on my mouth and pushes on the sockets a small bit. I'm also starting to learn how to eat things with my tongue like this. I just have to make sure I don't chew off my tongue. I had a slice of pizza last night. It was sooo good. Today I made my spaghetti with meat sauce and I was able to eat that. I had my Grandma's cooking on Monday and I ate that fine too. On Friday I'm going shopping with April. I'm going to try and eat a cheeseburger. 20 de julho getting betterSo tomorrow morning will mean it's been one week since my surgery. Things are just getting better now. My gums don't hurt as much anymore. My tongue however on the left side is still sleeping/tingling. It's been tingling a lot more now which I hope that means it's coming out of sleeping. I read in my book that it could be numb still because of "nerve injury" and it'll just take time to recover. I just can't wait for my mouth to be back to normal. I know that in 3 weeks from surgery date my sockets will be filled with "repair tissue" and after that in 3-6 month it'll be back to bone but as soon as the next 2 weeks are over, if my tongue is all good too, I'm ordering a pizza! 15 de julho Day 2 after surgery So things are going a lot better than I thought they would. Lots of people told me different things that I wouldn't know where I was at times, not be able to talk, eat, or have really bad pains in my mouth and lots of other stuff. It's now day two and I feel really good. My two bottom sockets hurt a bit but I'm taking my meds and a little bit of codine when needed. My face is a little swollen but I made a little ice pack thing where I wet a cloth, put it in the freezer, and then take it out and wrap it in a paper towel and use it for my jaw. I'm able to eat. Right now I've have quite a bit of apple sauce. Only thing I don't like is the fact that the left size of my tongue is still frozen and it's been way over 24 hours since the surgery. Having my tongue like this scares me to try eating something that I have to chew. I don't want to unknowingly eat my tongue. When I bite down on my tongue, I can't feel it, I feel my jaw stop closing because the tongue is in the way. I didn't plan to eat anything I have to chew anyways. I'll wait 2-3 weeks when I know the sockets are 100% full of repair tissue and not blood clots. I think last night while massaging the right side of my face, I hurt my right bottom socket because it started to bleed a bit.
Last night I met up with Jessie. I went to the bank to pay the phone bill and as I was getting out of the bank, Jessie's bus arrived so we went up to my place and had some chocolate ice cream and watched some stuff on www.youtube.com which was fun.
It was also weird to go to sleep and not have to tuck in Maddie. I talked to my brother this morning on msn. He is a night owl which is good because if Maddie goes to sleep too early, she'll wake up at night and be 100% wide awake. I talked to my mom last night around 11pm and she was saying she moved Maddie upstairs to the bed but she woke up and noticed I wasn't there like I was before. She went downstairs and told my mom I wasn't sleeping and my mom said that I went home to feed Skunky and Maddie put on a pout face. She then went back to the basement to watch cartoons and she would not talk or listen to my mom when my mom asked her if she was hungry or had to potty. My mom gave her an english muffin but Maddie just looked straight ahead. After that my parents went to sleep, the good old night owl Uncle Chris stayed up with her and my mom woke up at 4:30am, I think Chris said, and took her to bed and she woke up today at 11am.
Anyways, I'm going to get my little ice pack thing. My right bottom socket feels a little sore and my face is a little swollen. 14 de julho The surgery is over!This morning I went in and had my surgery to get my wisdom teeth removed. They put an i.v. in my hand and gave me this needle that knocked me out in like 2 minutes. I think I might have woken up a couple times only for a few seconds. When it was over, I was walked over to a little bed to lay down for about 5-10 minutes. My mom walked me out to the SUV and went over and got my pills for me. I got to my mom's and watched a movie and some tv. My chin, bottom lip, tongue, and part of my left face was asleep still. They stayed asleep for a long time. Right now it's about 12 hours after the surgery and my left side of the tongue is still asleep so I have to watch what I eat. I find myself biting down on my tongue and I don't know that I'm doing it because I don't feel it. I only know I'm doing it after because I feel my teeth clapping down on something, which is my tongue. I got home around 8 or 9 and I haven't eaten anything all day so when I got home I had 2 apple sauce cup, 1 oero jello pudding, and 1 chocolate pudding. I wish I could have a pizza but I'll get that in 2-3 weeks when I know the socket will be fulled with repair tissue. Anyways, I just want this tongue to come back to life lol. Surgery TimeSo tomorrow morning I'm going in for surgery to get my wisdom teeth removed. I kinda can't wait. Last week the pain on my left side stopped so I had no need to take my codine anymore which was nice. But after looking at my X-rays and seeing how my wisdom teeth are ruining my other teeth makes me want them out as soon as possible. And that's all going to happen tomorrow. My mom is actually taking me to her place after the surgery because I'm told that I might not even remember walking out of there. My friend's sister had her wisdom teeth removed and she would be walking around the house not even knowing where she was. I don't know if that'll happen to me or not but to be safe my mom is taking me to her place. We'll be dropping Maddie off at my Grandma's in the morning before going to the dentist. I'm so tired right now so I should get some sleep tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to come home tomorrow night so I get 100% peace and quiet. Maddie is staying over at my parent's for the weekend.   07 de julho Counting down the days...I can't wait until the 14th, I get my wisdom teeth out. Tonight Jessie gave me a call and we got together for Starbucks and we went back to her place. At her place we played with her puppy until the puppy when to bed. Then we watched some stuff on the computer. I had to leave though because my wisdom teeth were causing so much pain that I had to go home and take some pain killers. Jessie told me later on msn that she could tell I was in pain and was showing me funny videos hoping it would take my mind of the pain but the pain was just so painful I had to leave. My mom got me the best oral surgeon in Ottawa and tomorrow I'm going to see him to talk about my surgery on the 14th. I know for one thing I'm asking to be asleep. I just can't wait to get these things out. 05 de julho A phone call... surgery timeSo this morning I got a phone call from my mom at the Dentist office. She told me that this Friday I have another consultation and then next Friday I will be having my surgery in the morning. I kinda can't wait. I just want these wisdom teeth out. That and I get a little break from Maddie. But I'll be needing that break. I'll have about 3 days away from her which will be good for my recovery so I can get more rest. Cooking will be over with too for those days since I don't really need to cook myself anything. I'll just be eating ice cream, popsicles, yogurt, and smoothies. It'll be nice not to have to cook something for Maddie. I hope she has lots of fun at her Grandparent's house. 04 de julho I'm going in for Surgery! I went to my consultation on my wisdom teeth and they need to be removed. There is no room for them to come out and worse is when I saw the x-rays, my wisdom teeth are not coming out of the top of the gums, they are going into the roots of the molar teeth in the back. That is what I believe it causing the pain of making my molars feel like they are all being pushed forward. The top ones are okay but there is still no room for them to come out. One of the top ones seems to be again pushing into one of the roots making it look weird.
But my day went good. I got on the bus and got there at 2:30 and downstairs the P.A.N. or PAN machine was in pieces so I had to go to another dentist to get the x-rays done and I went back to my mom's office and the Dentist looked into my mouth to see where I had said I'm feeling pain. He gave me a paper to get some pain killers so it was all good. He told me to that I need them out.
Since my wisdom teeth are not out of the gums, they will need to cut open the gums to get them removed rather than freezing the gums and pulling them like a normal tooth when it needs to be pulled. I have the option to be put to sleep and I'm so being put to sleep. Last thing I need to see or somewhat feel is have my gums sliced open and have huge teeth ripped out.
Luckily for my friend Jessie who would like her wisdom teeth out, hers are out so they can just freeze her and pull. I've had 2 baby teeth removed before and I think I can deal with that but having them have to slice up and stitch, I don't know. I hear I will be not in pain but in lots of discomfort. My mom will be trying to get me in on Thursday so that she can take Maddie until Monday morning. I'll have a nice long weekend home alone to rest and heal. Wisdom TeethToday I'm going into my mom's work for a consultation about my wisdom teeth. She has me going in a little early so I'm wondering if she's got something else planned for me like a cleaning. My gums on the back left side started hurting over a week ago on Monday. I was just going to let them grow out but my gums started to hurt and then it passed on to making other teeth in that row hurt. So I told my mom and she called me today and told me to come in and I'll get a consultation done.
After that, I'm going to my Grandma's for some Spaghetti and Meat Balls. I can't wait because she makes really great spaghetti sauce and then she makes these huge meat balls to go with it. It's sooooo good. I can't wait. |
